Any personal information you give us is held securely in an integrated council database. It will only be used for council purposes. Any council department can use this information even if they did not originally collect it and information that was collected for one purpose may be used for another purpose. This is unless there are legal restrictions preventing us from sharing your information within the council like this.

Our web server automatically collects your IP address. We use this data to assess the popularity of services provided in our website, this will enable us to improve the services provided to you and meet the demands of our users.
